In true British optimism, French’s®, The UK’s No. 1 American Mustard brand, looks forward to the start of the BBQ season with the launch of eight delicious new sauces; set to give fans of its current well-known offering a new realm of flavour to explore during this year’s many forthcoming festivities.
The new range will consist of two BBQ sauces, two relishes, three dressings and a New York Steakhouse Sauce meaning something for all tastes at any occasion. Expanding their initial mustard repertoire, the new sauces will appeal to any foodie looking to enjoy authentic American inspired recipes with their chicken drumsticks, kebabs and halloumi at any time of the year - especially during the English BBQ season.
Amy Woodbridge of French’s® explains; ‘We are really excited to bring such varied range of condiments to the table this year and feel we have created a little something for everyone with our latest launch. And the consumer research we’ve done just goes to show that we’ve hit the nail on the head, with comments like, “When we were trying [the Jalapeño and Tomato relish] with tortilla chips it tasted better than the fresh salsa I buy.”
‘Having spotted a growing trend with barbecues we wanted to create a range that could be used across this season – be it rain or shine! So this includes a BBQ sauce for burgers, relishes for hot dogs and a selection of dressings for the salad option’.

The range will be available at Waitrose and Sainsbury’s from mid-May with recommended price points of £1.99-£2.49.
