prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin with sage & onion stuffing (easy)

(Serves 2/3**)

** Again I found a whole pack just too much for this recipe but if you want to make the recipe for six, just double up using two fillets and a whole packet of stuffing and an extra packet of Parma Ham.  You wouldn't need more tomato sauce, or spinach.
Pre-heat oven 180C/350F/Gas4
