Knowing the danger signs

Lapsing, ‘having a bad day’, ‘losing your focus’, ‘falling off the wagon’ or whatever else you want to call it is a perfectly normal part of the change process. It is human nature to forget to have your morning snack occasionally, or to end up choosing something unhelpful at lunchtime.
