About Nigel (the Author)

Nigel Denby is a registered dietitian, trained chef and restaurateur, as well as author of many successful nutrition books.  He is also runs a private practise in Harley Street, specialising in Weight Management, PMS/Menopause, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and food intolerance.   He set up grub4life.org.uk providing support, information, recipes and advice to parents and teachers of early years children.

Denby regularly appears on television and radio including BBC 1’s The One Show, BBC Breakfast as well as ITV’s Teen Mums and Kyle’s Academy.  He writes for Stella, the Sunday Telegraph’s Magazine, Zest, Essentials and Somerfield Magazine and is the nutritionist for closerdiets.co.uk.
